snowbird is looking mighty interesting...I need to get this damn truck done.

I was there this last weekend and it's a fantastic place. I'd probably never go anywhere else.

Except for GSMTR I hope...

what are we comitted too??? you know us VP's know nothing about our goings ons :D

but we have a trip on the calender and Ive seen it referred to as N meets S so come on up.
It would be a blast to have a good cruiser contingency and see some of you folks again.
btw Uwharrie is harder in places now and easier in others. Still has a bit for every level.

December: 2-4 URE Winter Run
The last URE trip of the year

I'm game for going to Snowbird, I really want to wheel in December, however, I would have to be a guest. I don't know anyone with a membership.

I was fixing to join but the 'no flip-flops' rule was a deal-killer.

How long does it take to get to snowbird??

To let all out in the open... ONSC scheduled a Uwharrie trip for said weekend, but no one remembers who talked to who as far as making it a multi-club North Meets South trip!

It does look like that if we're going to bring multiple cruisers, we might need more than just 1 campsite. Only one campsite is open for that weekend, and we may want to push it for the following weekend.

Let me know what UC wants to do and we can make it happen...

Let's keep it a North Meets South event; I like the idea of dual clubs rides....... if it is as simple moving it one weekend by all means do it!!!

I'll be there:beer:

I can't make any other weekend in December.

I'm down with this.

Whatever we do lets make a decision now and get it done. The longer we wait the harder it is to make plans.

Harlan is by far my favorite park within 4 hours drive. The park is adding trails and facilities to an already well laid out and run park. $35 for a year pass to access the trails.

Me too, I should have the Taco lifted in a month and would love to camp and hit some easy trails. Some snow would be nice as well.

Ok, we need to figure this out. My 40 was dead for a year and I need to wheel it. If I can work it out with getting that Sunday off from work I am thinking I'll leave around 0400 and make it there between 9 and 10 on Saturday morning. The plan is to wheel all day Saturday and a half day Sunday. David (DBenke) will be there to, not sure if he'll be wheeling the 62 or the Jeep but I'm sure he'll be there if I can make it and probably even if I can't.

Sooo. Who else is going. Pretty sure I'm going regardless but it would be good to see some of you guys. Was planning on URE but wouldn't rule out somewhere else but I need to stay pretty close on drive times from Charleston since this is a quick turn around.
