read the thread my friend...... Garner said they only had one spot for that first weekend in Dec. so if we were to join them they wouldn't have enough room for us. Thus he suggested we move it to the 2nd weekend so we could all hang together.

To let all out in the open... ONSC scheduled a Uwharrie trip for said weekend, but no one remembers who talked to who as far as making it a multi-club North Meets South trip!

It does look like that if we're going to bring multiple cruisers, we might need more than just 1 campsite. Only one campsite is open for that weekend, AND WE MAY WANT TO PUSH IT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND.

Let me know what UC wants to do and we can make it happen...

east of charlotte, it is one of the few Forrest Service run OHV areas left....... believe it is $15 bucks a day plus whatever camping is

I think it might be $5 a day for trails?

We'll be there the first weekend in Dec. by ourselves unless someone else wants to join us.
I'll just get a site in Arrowhead.
And yes, it's $5.00 a day to wheel plus camping.

Ha, yes, but it is worth it. Plus, I am leaving for Colorado for 8 days this week to go kill stuff - not sure how I worked that out (and neither does she now that the departure date is here) but I should still also be able to make a Uwharrie outing easily!

The colder, the better.

I just talked with him. He said we might all be able to fit in together. But they are definitely going the first weekend in Dec.

Yes I know, I contacted Brian about it yesterday and we worked everything out, so thanks for nothing


It is the ACC CG weekend which is perfect I can wheel all day then be back in Charlotte just in time for the game!!
