Nice simple body mount. Need to get my hands on a press brake.

Yep simple and strong as hell. 3/16" HSLA steel body mount brackets. A plasma table and press brake are nice tools to have in the shop.

A good morning for progress.

Chopped the ass off Dingo and brought out the laser levels for the frame cut lines. Will be stretching the frame 22".

Frame sleeves are designed and will be cut and bent in the morning.

Should be a fun weekend.

I just went through this entire build! Thanks for keeping me awake at work J!

Today's task was to chop, inner sleeve and re-skin the frame. 20.5" stretch is where I ended up at with a 132" wheelbase.

Rosset welds for the win!

Inner sleeve welded , outer skin welded and 16 rosettes. Not to include ~80" of dual lap corner edge for 3/8" thickness on top and bottom of frame.

Not my best work, but it'd take a couple of D10s on each end pulling to separate this frame.....
