Most LS3 Erod swaps are not California proven and won't pass from another state once brought in and tested. Not the case with this build.

I've talked about it for a couple of years now and finally got my head wrapped around this build. Possibly a few others as I have 3 in the queue that are interested.

80 Tcase- Push button center lock
Full float axles w 4:88 gears, 37" tires (may bump to 5:28 and 40") before its all over
4" Tough Dog TourFlex coils
Nitro CrMo axles
ARB lockers front and rear
Fuel 17 x 9 wheels
4 wheel disc brakes, full float rear
Remote locks, Push button/remote start
JBL surround stereo system with amp

Added a Miller 350P with XR Aluma gun to the shop this week. Not only for this project, but I'm getting a 5:1 ratio on clients wanting aluminum products vs. steel these days. Playing in the rocks will always be a dream for most, but the expedition and family camping will always out weigh that dream by far.

New tools are fun......... (10K Challenger LE-10 lift, 8' hyd box/pan brake and a good used CNC lathe are on the way as well) I'm working on a deal on a CNC mandrel bender as well.

I cut 18 plates (1/2"- grade 50) on the burn table this morning and sent to my machinist for my chamfering, drilling and countersinking for a custom fixture table. I will not only use this table daily but offer it in a few size varieties as an offering too.
