Been super busy and won’t get the fatty out this year(sad). But did bust out a cold ride 5 minutes from the office just before the snow started dumping. Long way to go to catch up to June 2024… 3 months to go so it is doable .

I’ve ridden every day but one since I got the fat bike. I should have gotten one years ago! The dog loves it as well, she loves winter and loves bikes.

Nice work! They are such a different world and such a mental ride. If not on a groomed trail you basically have 6” of trail for miles. You go off, you go in! My fatty is a class 1 moto and it is even better but I do ride vertical.

Getting back in the swing of things after a knee injury and loss of my Dad. Just love New England single track…:). Great therapy, especially in the spring with water crossings, wildlife coming out and a different vibe pre foliage..

My condolences. Parental loss is difficult.

Glad the bike is providing solace.
Thanks, appreciate the condolences, it’s been a journey for sure but I take comfort in the fact we got to enjoy some amazing adventures together. First prio was to finish the Land Cruiser 60 he and I started the drivetrain rebuild on. Now that’s done it’s been great to use the 60 as the bike hauler to my riding spots…

I like to call it Dirt church. I go visit the tree my dad liked, we’d stop and smell the leaves all the time. Keep up the work

I went up Perseverance here in JNU for first time this season. It was a low snow winter, so there’s none on the trail until almost the end of trail. Conditions started out dry, ended up with light rain and then wet snow at the highest elevation. From my house it’s an hour up, half an hour down.
