Not to crap up another great MUD thread, but I did a thing on Facebook regarding 1FZ tuning and performance mods - covering all 1FZ variants and vehicle series. Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/groups/990730457167406
My interest is for a "new" FZJ79 and I may well need an auto for the truck when I get old(er) and my wife is making noises about driving the truck. In the meantime, talking to Johnny and @Cruisers and Co about a "tune" of the coil pack motor.

As the new owner of a 1FZ79 pick up (coil pack motor) I went looking for a source for info that was a gathering point for folks with interests across spectrums - engines and series. Will be cross commenting and llinking back to threads like this one.
