Needed to drill out the OEM adjuster bracket - This alternator is a little fatter. Also needed to drill out the terminal lug, since the post on this is larger diameter. Other than that it fits straight in.

Grabbed a used RD99CE competition ARB locker and sent it off to Gearworks for a set of REM finished 10" gears and new drop out.

New distributor seals in ... because it was leaking on my shiny new alternator.

Hey, I just got all thrifty and s*** and ended up finding a used locker for the rear and Gearworks is selling me used 10" gears (apparently they had a bunch that were raced for 1 race and changed out). That saved me about $4k!

Somehow forgot to post all of these here. Both recent trips went well - no mechanicals other than blowing an o2 sensor out.

Happy with how the Treps conform at 8psi. I think I've lost pressure in the rear air bump though. Getting light frame contact on full compression, but only on one side.
First real outing with the new trailer. Jury is out on the tie down system - it's definitely slower than axle straps. Also wish I'd optioned more D rings. 10 wasn't enough.

Going to need to upgrade the center skid plate. It's getting more contact than I'd like and I'm concerned it'll get tweaked and screw with everything that's attached to it (trans, black box, tcase, carrier bearing). Maybe i should stop picking turtle lines, too. Although, I'm blaming this one on the spotter. A foot to the right and I'd have been fine.

This season was really about making sure she was reliable and getting some seat time to learn capabilities. So far, despite having done a fair bit of work, nothing i changed would have actually stopped it, other than maybe the loose ring gear bolts. Only change i want to make to handling is a sway bar on the back end.
This off season will see new exhaust, rear comp locker, more light, twin stick shifter, Delta consoles and maybe some mods to the front bumper for better approach angles as well as more maintenance type stuff (heims, etc). Coil overs are probably close to needing a rebuild too, but we'll see how everything else goes on there list - those aren't critical.
