I have said it before but it bears repeating.
If you are considering a buying a vehicle out of the middle east, you cannot do better than dealing with Meshal and Nolen.
Their knowledge and experience is second to none. They will get you the vehicle you want with the least hassle factor possible.
Plus they are both really good guys that you can trust completely to take care of you before, during, and after your purchase.

Since Larry let the cat out of the bag on his, it’s somewhere in the Med. Saudi holiday has delayed getting our tracker. I’m about to yell at that guy now. His is sharing a container with Ben from @Dissent

He bought this near perfect G spec for an amazing project he has planned

Next up were @DickM and his completely untouched FJ45 and @navydivedoc 1993 FZJ80

Dick and Meshal worked this deal out on their own. He met me at the port and he and his incredibly cool wife grabbed the 45 and I grabbed Docs 80

I fell in love with this 80 based on the interior alone. The 1993 shag carpet is just amazing.

Doc went all in and rebuilt this one before it left Saudi.

Of note. Even with 300,000+ kms. The driveline was in great shape upon internal inspection. The 1FZ without all the emissions garbage is an exceptional motor. No headgasket issues. Clean burning. Just wonderful. His being 100% refreshed was so cool. Like new.

The next two that landed I did not get to do much with. The first was @Meshal ’s personal frame off 80 and the other was @wardharris 2UZ 100 seles.

Both had threads. See below.

The next container was two 100s. This white 1FZ with only 20,000 miles. This is the guy that bought the first two so he’s my first to buy 3.

This thing is great. He popped off the graphics and made it all white with armor and lockers.

Cool truck. He loves it.

This one shared the container with the Royal Kush. @Justin Johnson is a 2x Saudi truck owner. He had this one tricked out with a factory winch and some cool custom Saudi saddlebags. I lifted it.

Rare Saudi color. I think I could sell every one this color Meshal can find. More people love this one than any I’ve imported. 70,000 miles.

The next container has @wardharris second vehicle and a first for a customer in Chattanooga.

Meshal did a ton of work on the 79 and a full frame off bare metal resto on the Troopy. Both turned out fantastic.

It's time to jump in here for a testimonial. I am on my second import from this excellent partnership. My 1993 FZJ80 was first. Outstanding service from start to finish. I think I was @Meshal nightmare for a bit. I insisted on an engine rebuild, which is apparently the last thing anyone wants to do to a running engine in Saudi. But he had the right guy, parts are remarkably still available over the counter, and he humored this crazy American. Results are perfect, about 4k miles in now. In the end, we rebuilt or replaced almost every part from the radiator to the hubs. Mechanically new, "triple locked", improved in a few places where we can do better than toyota (seats, coils and shocks, stereo). About the cost of a 2026 cruiser landed...I'd rather have this one.

All handled without drama, excellent and fast communication, and a fun process. There was a bit of delay when we bombed Iran the first time.

Truck eventually made it to Mississippi. Nolen grabbed it from Houston. No surprises there, only the long standing 2.5% tariff. Back to Tilda Bogue for dobinsons, tires, lockers, stereo, tint. I decided to fly down and pick up the truck. Nolen picked me up at the hotel and we finally met after who knows how many years of internet acquaintance. Easy, great service. Truck was everything I expected and exactly as described.

Pick up day in MS

I didn't really plan on buying another truck. But I sold off my Land Rovers last fall (experiment gone wrong). @Meshal does keep me informed of what he finds, and tempts me often. So I wake up one morning to this pic of a 2000 fzj79.

70k miles, oem dual lockers, oem toyota winch, very clean. Rare options. Enabler. After a couple of days I end up starting the process again. I don't rebuild the motor this time. But I told Meshal "if it's rubber or plastic, it gets replaced". He knows me at this point. Down to business and it's on. I get near daily pics. Invoices are easy and line item detailed with toyota OEM part numbers. He has "his 70 guy" who takes care of the mechanicals. All communicated through a whatsapp conversation with me, him and Nolen.

Pics like this come in. In country transport.

LOTS of parts

This one has been due for a container load a few times. Once again our Iran festivities have been poorly timed for me getting trucks. Once again, great communication and Meshal has stored the truck for me while we wait. And even done a few more things while we have time.

This has been an equally simple and fun build.

In the end, trust the process. Honest people with the right skill sets, connections and specialists to make these trucks right. I would 100% do it again...and probably will.

Truth. This is the only truck that would get me to sell my 80. So if anyone wants to short cut the Saudi process on a rebuilt 80, I might consider to replicate this 100.

MESHAL and NOLEN
Will jump in long enough to agree with Doc. My story is reversed - started with a 79, rebuilt the motor (ask me why if you are interested) and 18 months of other stuff. Finished up with a VXR100. The 100 shipped first to accommodate another 100 Series for its new owner, 79 took a while. Geopolitics suck...
@Meshal delivered. I could list the things not done, etc. but it is a very short list, as he delivered 99.99% of what anyone could expect under difficult conditions. A real stand-up guy and would happily do business with him again and hope to do so.
@wngrog is a rock star. Does what he says, executes perfectly. Good value to boot. Don't waste his time and do your part and you will be very, very happy with his support.
For me, the supehero combo is a Saudi 100 as a daily driver and a Saudi 79 for hauling, adventure and parade duty.

I cannot say enough about the positive experiences that I have had in importing these unique TOYOTA trucks. It is absolutely a rewarding opportunity to acquire and own these beautiful vehicles, through two great men. The partnership formed by @wngrog and @Meshal is one of well-earned trust and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to do business with them to get exactly what you want. Having gotten to know Nolen @wngrog from his great work on my 7/69 FJ40, "Rosie", and driving Saudi 75 1 on a visit to Tilda Bogue, I immediately asked Nolen if he could get me a white FZJ75 pick up to be my DD. Not long after, I received an introduction from @Meshal and some photos and videos of a hand-picked truck for me! The business part was a little out of the box for me at first, but Nolen had become like family, and Meshal was very easy to trust, and has become a friend, too. I visited Saudi Arabia as young boy to see my grandparents who lived and worked there at ARAMCO and was excited to have that connection with my new trucks and also knew from my grandfather how trusting and honest the Saudi people there are. I will soon be on number three soon, as @wngrog and @Meshal have completed the process of acquiring a beautiful FZJ100, for me, too!
