I was lucky enough to be able to save my 64's one so did not need to test but seems easier than to fabricate one.
Slowly chugging along! I need to get the exhaust down pipe fixed but I think the rest of the parts needed are in place. I need to hack off the pipe and get it fixed at a local shop. Shooting for the next couple days for that.Is this thing running yet or what?

Well….. it’s tomorrow?!I love how you can take out the entire exhaust system from a FJ40 fully assembled. Hahaha. Took the assembly to a local exhaust shop. They fixed the exhaust gasket flange metal in 15min for free. Totally awesome.

Got it bolted back in! I am now in clean up mode. Hopefully test fire tomorrow.
