For the spare you may want to index it one bolt hole higher too. I used 1”x2” stock. My 33x 9.5x15’s were tall enough to interfere with the spare lock down lever. View attachment 4157634View attachment 4157636
Thanks! These little pizza cutters fit so far without the lift, but when I go to 33s for sure will need to do this. It's close to the latch already.
 
I was back under the truck and trying to figure out the clunking more. When I took off the parking break and then rotated the driveshaft back and forth I could also hear a decent clunk in the transfer case, especially in the area of the idler gear. Maybe its a combo of both the rear end and the transfer case.
