I didnt, got the Expedition Solar 28 Watt at the Overland Expo. Havent used it yet as I got the last day.

I did order this one after getting raw hamburger twice from the Biltmore. I kept thinking, if I had a small grill I would cook burgers and hotdogs. So ordered it, hope it lives up to the reviews.

I sold a camp grill exactly like that in March for $40 on Craigslist. We have the ever popular Camp Chef Everest. It puts out a TON of heat and is much easier to regulate than the Coleman.

Yep. Everest owner here. Can't say it simmers well, especially in daylight when it's hard to see a flame, but I bought THIS and it seems to help.

Sorry, I assumed you were using grill/stove interchangeably. Everest is a stove. The Rainier model is a dual function stove and grill from those guys. I've never used one.

With a dual function, I'd be wondering about accumulated grease and junk on the grill side if you get lax about cleaning and storing it. I think most people just carry a grill pan/griddle and use a regular 2-burner stove. @forrest5000 just got stove that came with nonstick, reversible grill pan/griddles for each burner. That might be better than a full size pan for someone who cooks for themselves since you can "grill" on one burner while your coffee pot heats on the other. He'll chime in with make/model. I used it at Logan's Run this year and like it a lot.

It's the Colman gladiator .

Not being a woman, I don't know any of those kitchen terms so I can't follow any of that !

Seriously I just graduated from boiling hotdogs to grilling, so need to reduce my variables as much as possible. And why is this thing underlining my typing? Wtf? No idea, it just started doing it
Just think of it as Advance Heat Transfer and it'll get easier.

That's what the pressure washer is for. Plus the grease adds to the flavor.

I see that one, but it is still a two burner. The one I ordered has a built-in grill (with grease trap), and a single burner. Will try it out this week, grill some meat product (not Salmon, not a suburban white chick) and report back. I wished I had something like it for the expo, I am now exponentially increasing my cooking skills from opening and closing a cereal box/add milk.

Anyone has one of these? Last year at the Hurricane Expo my neighbors had a similar one under their tarp (rain rain rain), and was very good.
