Thank you. Not sure what you mean by “connect to switched power’ - this is all new to me. I have a 1970 with a F engine,so probably not going over 45 anyway.

Switch = when your turn rig on has power vs power all time. I don’t know 1970, so maybe not a concern.

Edit- if can you turn headlights on without starting? That is not switched power (on that circuit anyway)

But connecting was a cinch

Have one of these off Amazon. Connected hot to the cigarette lighter, ground to a bolt in the firewall, and it's on a bracket that sits under my dash. Have to switch it on and off manually but works a treat.

I had one of these and had an electrical issue that fried it. Got something off Scamazon and it worked so much better (louder compared to this one). Knob isn’t like a 40 dash knob. Could print one. But having some sounf was more important than the knob. Paid all of $11 on prime

Good luck. Took me almost 18 months and lots of threats to get all of my switches back from him that he was making knobs for.

ne point and gathered up all of his information. Once I got my stuff back I ended up deleting it. Someone on here has it though. His name is Angelo Jordan if I remember correctly.
