I’ve seen the error of my ways. The decimal point was off by 2 places. Lots of cash to move forward now. Finally got the frame out of the storage container. Was surprised to see shiny metal under my sway bar hold down clamps. Minimal rust, so maybe by this time next week will be media blasted and painted.

A little more garage time today. Still pulling extraneous parts off of the Benz engine. Got the motor mounts off to fab up the new ones. Impressed how clean the block is. Hope the adapter kit gets here soon. Frame prep is going to take longer than I thought. Grinding the old motor mounts off is time consuming.

Put the pressure washer to work today. Got engine, transmission, transfer case and bellhousing looking better. Still waiting on my adapter from 4x4 Labs. Trouble with down time is it allows/encourages you to buy more stuff. My engine started and ran very well with minimal smoke on first start in over 10 years. A normal person would take that as good and wait for the adapter kit. I now have new glow plugs and upgraded injectors waiting to be put in. First round clean up came out well.

Spent some time media blasting frame. First time doing this, pretty labor intensive. The humidity is clumping the media, which slows things down. Looking forward to getting this part done.
Messy too!
