I think I got the power steering figured out. I used the plumbing from the BJ70, use the reservoir from the -75. Big line from the-75. I will have to wait till the engine is in to see how to connect to the pump.

One of the last things to mount outside on the firewall. Wiper motor is mounted. Well, still need to paint the bare metal. The baking plate is what I cut out of the BJ70 and has the nuts on it.

Four coats of lizard skin sound deadening front and back of firewall. Hope to have some paint on tomorrow.

Two coats primer, two coats base, two coats clear. Firewall finally finished. Found the missing parts I still need, once they get here I can then finish up the interior firewall.

New clutch slave cylinder (right word?) and new hoses. Have to swap the rod. First going to POR15 the old one that goes inside the boot for corrosion protection.

New steering column firewall connection plate. One of these is different, don’t know what it came out of. Gas pedal installed.

Gonna finish the hook up for the brakes and clutch after the engine is installed and the lower fenders.

Needed to run a new clutch hard line from the left side to the right side to connect to the clutch actuator. Might remove one of the factory flex lines and just go with one.

Engine is in. Problem with the engine mount on the right side. Is this a problem? The right engine mount the two metal “wings” are touching on the forward side. First picture of the mount is the right side, the second mount is the left side.

Can I assume that is touching from the factory -- meaning that part looked like that off the shelf? those don't seem to move very much. If you think you are forcing it, you could enlongate the hole on the frame, to get it centered.
Do you work at an airport? I'm a civil engineering... I do pavement and other airfield projects. Love this photo. Very cool.
Disregard my message. Not the issue here now that I see some pictures. Something is a little tweaked perhaps or aftermarket isolator? If it won't clear with some wiggling bend that forward "wing" up. Less invasive than elongating holes.
