Finally got the by-annual oil/filter change and annual fuel filter changed.

I just did the same thing and used my last filter, so placed an order for a few more. I don't like 'carrying inventory' but I also hate having to wait to get the maintenance done.

Finally tore down the left rear hub to see what might have caused the overheating on the last leg home from our fall vacation. Didn’t find anything, bearings looked good but any rubber pieces had damage. Replaced the bearings and brake components.

Took her for a drive. Brakes are a little soft, must not have gotten them bled enough. Was a nice day, a balmy 5F.

I had issues with my parking brake sticking on, replaced the cable, still had issues. Ended up being the bell cranks. They were full of dirt and seized up/corroded.

This^^. Had the same issue too, along with a slightly damaged shoe from NAPA that was causing the shoe to hang up sometimes on the back plate.
