Great rig and great story.

You should run spacers with them.... especially with a wider tire (12.5 and bigger). Without them I scrub the inner fender and frame rail in the back upon full stuff and the lugs just barely grab the front control arms at full lock. Also w/ sufficient spacer you could run the ctr caps. With flares and without spacers they sit pretty inboard, but without the flares the spacing doesnt look so bad ...

This one is a Rig of the Week

thanks Joey. Ive been debating the flares vs. flareless. I really like the stance w/out the flares as is but I had been and pretty much still am a fan of flares, besides it needs the spacers to quit scrubbing the frame rail when stuffed. I think im going to do the 1.25'' and maaaaaybe the 1.5'' spacers and add the flares back; lined then painted.

this past weekend getting to utilize the expedition intentions of the build. At 6000 lbs shes no rockcrawler but of course its fun to play but id take 40 miles of backcountry logging trails over that any day :)

tech notes: just rebuilt the axle the day before this trip and got my ebrake cable working great for the first time in a while. Unfortunately when adjusted tight it produces drag and I had a scorching hub when i pulled over for a 50 mile checkup. Luckily just the brake shoes and not preload.....that would suck on the side of the road.

oh and IH8GASTANKS  replaced it thursday and was leaking friday

Schlacker.... did your replacement every fail as well?
