yes that’s it. I might cut down that hex head side to push the sensor further in.

Here's a couple shots of the new oe radiator and Derale fan setup. I looked through their differents shrouded fans and found #16838 to be a perfect fit

Hey, did you have any clearance problems with this setup? Mine interferes with the brake lines where they come down from the fender to the frame on the DS. Trying to figure out how to handle it. Pic is with the brake line bracket unbolted and shoved about as far as it can go ... and it's still against.

Anyone have the ewd for 91-92? I got the all data and combing through it. But just wanted to ask while I’m doing this if anyone has the pin outs for those years.
I had a hard time finding the 91 ewd. I found a 90 online. Send me a PM and I can send you a copy. There were some differences between 90 and 91. I ended up buying a paper copy of the 91 ewd in the end.
You’re not cooling the PS fluid in any way? Looks like you have a leftover cooler there that’s unused.Chipping away. Still a lot of little things but the last two major things are a shifter and exhaust.
I’m having trouble figuring out what tap I need to do the oil pressure sending unit on that piece on the drivers side of the oil pan.

Fits the radiator nearly perfect. I riveted some small skirts to the side to contain the airflow. Mounting brackets can be drilled through the flange on the radiator - i made some 1/4" Al blocks for where the flange dips in at the top.

The problem is that it a bit to deep on the DS bottom corner and interferes with the brake line. Had to chop it out and bend up some sheet metal to patch it back up.
Nice!
Hey guys, has anyone ever measured the stock front pulley location with respect to the frame rails? If I had access to a stock engine in frame if would try something like this with two right angles or mayb a right angle and a level. It would be nice to document height and left/right offset.
