Currently out of town. I’ll certainly check the stash pile when I get back to the Land of Nod.

But, full disclosure, the caps and rings I have are Black not Grey.

I took advantage of the BF sale and ordered them. Black sold out so gray it is. I like the "stockish look" but I like the fifteen 52 centers more :) These won't go on until Spring, no reason for me to buy tires for them to sit all winter. Let me know if you come across them in the next few months!

I saw pics of them in this thread a while back and I think they will look good in black, add a bit of contrast since I won't have the chrome bling, bling, haha. Good luck hunting!

@Catching Neutral

They only constant in life is change. 😎

Back in the land of Nod. 2.0 will not be venturing south, at least not this year. In the end garage space in upper Cush (Amelia Island) was the line of demarcation. No room at the Inn.

Headed out in the county this AM to start putting the roof on the “Grand Meade Hall”. I’ll update later on the new COA’s for 2.0.

@Dianna I’ll look for the Caps and rings in the next day or so.

2.0 deserves a caretaker for its time alone!😎
2.0 deserves to retire to a warm dry climate so it can live the remainder of it's days being driven. Perhaps somewhere out west to live with someone who would talk about it on a weekly basis, on let's say a podcast or something 🤔😜

Texas is beautiful this time of year, dry, no salt on the roads... let me know.

The sound of gun fire in the distance, she'll be happy... :)

Once again, I’m humbled by the generosity and selflessness of the denizens of MUD. Too kind fellas…too kind. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👈

@Chungas Revenge
If you feel the need to have 2.0 become acclimated to warmer weather I have garage space and will feed his “range time” habit. 😉

Took the Tundra in for a checkup today, chatting with the owner and snapped a couple pics of this dealership queen.

1 owner 82 Dune Beige w/26k on the ticker. Owners Dad sold it originally and the customer traded it back in later sometime in the 80’s.

The winds of fortune are blowing your way..:bounce:

It was like a treasure hunt. Anybody need a set of taillights to a 63 Corvette??!!

PM me your info and I’ll get these caps/rings out in the mail to you.

Not much love toward 2.0 the past few weeks. Had to toss it on the electrical tit last PM. Someone may or may not have left the key in the ignition. 🙄 Zzzzzzzzz.

In other sports news, the “Grand Meade Hall “ is almost under roof. Sooo, you know, I got that going for me. Once I get this “buttoned up” for the season, I can turn some attention back to 2.0.

Slow charge on the battery did the trick. Dodged the rain and backed it out of the BG just enough to clear the fumes and let it idle @ about 900 RPM for a few minutes before cutting it back.

FL and the Grand Meade Hall (GMH) have taken center stage while 2.0 is tucked in for the winter in the BG. Unfortunately it’s taking up the last spot in the “time-energy-$$$” rotation. 🙄

On a trickle charger now. Plan is to rotate the Dino around every couple of weeks.

No plan survives the first contact.

Thought I would be further along with my well laid plans. As a result, 2.0 is not getting a lot of love these past few weeks. Deer camp construction project and hunting season took a toll on the time/$$$/energy quotient. I did back it out of the BG today for a fluid rotation, see poser pic below…

The Deer Camp Meade Hall aka the “Viking Mess” is under Titanium paper. Not looking to make big muscle movements on it until spring. The winds of fortune aren’t blowing warmly in the land of Nod. :meh:

@Dianna haven’t forgotten you I promise.

You really shouldn't leave it out in the snow like that without somehow protecting the body from rust...

😁

I swore my 45 and 40 will not see snow as long as I am alive or have them in my possession. So far so good. I can only hope my stick-to-it-tivness overrides my desire to drive them. Thank goodness I have been tied up with house projects

By the way: snow has been here for a week already… this is after the first 10 minutes

The white stuff around here right now isn’t snow.☹️

@Dianna …you’re’ right ….I would actually take her out in the snow on my road…it’s only dirt. However, My previous life in northern Vermont was hell on my 1st 40.

I had to pickup a few things this week for the house project and the 3” of snow we did have , had the roads almost white with salt. I was watching a large semi driving the opposite direction and the clouds of white dust in that station wagon effect draft he was dragging could choke a motorcycle rider. It’s as if they had to spend the budget allowed this year for road salt or not get the funds for next year

I would imagine the salinity of the first rain runoff will exceed the Great Salt Lake or the Dead Sea….😳
