Well, I found this oozing from the radio delete…left a little puddle next to the speaker.

Edit: “All I know is that when I am good a sober I’m leaving WV for awhile”…🍻

@rkymtnflyfisher
@Jdc1

I've been sleepin' hard on this one. Good stuff. Thanks for posting.

I used to think I was pretty cool with music… until a few years ago. I played guitar for over 60 years, played in bands, grew up going to concerts of all kinds. Play bluegrass banjo, piano, violin and in all genres. Been to some major shows by Grateful Dead, Ten Years After, The Doors (1969 Miami) Cream, Airplane, Tull, Allman Brothers. What the heck, I was a rock guitar guy.

When I hear the stuff my 40 year old kids listen to today…I have zero feel on any of it. And RAP…? Please…

And do not pull up behind me at a red light where my car is shaking to your sub-woofer 😱

Shout it from the rooftops…

Although, I do like jazz. I find it soothes Ms Revenge when she has “that look” and her blood lust is up.

Many, many many moons ago I lived in a townhouse next to a WWII Vet and his wife. I spent a lot of time on their deck tapping my toes to “Big Band” records and sipping a single malt. “

2.0 is a range junkie.

Last day I’ll get to shoot this “summer”. 2.0 May get in on some early season bird hunting.

Getting dialed in with the new O/U. 20-22-23-24 today.

PH II discussion(s) begins next week. No timeline yet as the potential move south comes into focus.

Those tires look great….very full, beefy. Any interference in the rear quarters?

Thank you. I appreciate the pizza cutters but, I like a full figured girl 😁. I like a taller sidewall. With the cut of the AQ fender, this setup mitigated the nuance.

No interference. OME 2 1/2” lift - Dakar springs and 3/4” lift on the shackles (Anti-inversion). 2.0 has a 16” rims with Falkan wild peaks. Overall dimensions of the setup is very close to 1.0’s 17” steelies with the Cooper’s. Maybe a weee bit phatter but, who am I to judge.

I’m very pleased with it. We spent considerable time going back and forth before “go time”..

I was wondering the same thing haven't heard from @Chungas Revenge for a while

Probably out hunting little forkhorn whitetails in the hills of West Virginia.

Didn't @Chungas Revenge mention he may be thinking about moving to Florida

Sooooo, all the above. Perfect storm of events/projects. From A to Z. Unfortunately, 2.0 is quietly killing time in the BG. Geezer buddy and I are adding a “Grand Meade Hall” to the existing hunting cabin. Ms Revenge is currently picking out lamp shades in Fl and I’m headed to deer Camp this Sunday AM.

2.0’s future location is hanging in the balance. Garage space in Northern Cush (FL) is at a premium. All depends on how things unfold.

My range bag and tool kit are still stowed in the troop compartment of 2.0. I rolled it into the BG my last outing at the range a few weeks ago and it hasn’t moved.

Tech feature: I did hop in 2.0 a couple of days ago with the intent of rotating some lubricants around. My Failure to launch indicator auto aborted the mission after one of those electrical gremlins pi$$ed on my parade. All I could muster during the start sequence was that irritating muffled staccato sound from under the hood. Meh 😕. I’ll toss it on the tender in the AM and check on it when I get back from fire wood patrol tomorrow evening.

Pic of the “Grand Meade Hall” for entertainment purposes only…

Tires are 285-75R16’s. I run the 265 version on the Tundra. They have a taller sidewall. Skinny’s are OK, it’s a look, I just prefer something a little phatter. If you get a set, don’t buy the center “52” caps/rings I have an extra set. I’ll drop them off at the shop next visit north.
I am looking to finally pull the trigger on those wheels! Do you happen to still have the center caps? I was hoping you could also tell me what exactly to order, lol, and if you needed a spacer for them. I don't want to order the wrong wheels! :)

@Jdc1 Can you assist since it looks like I missed CR as he is likely on his way to hunt!

Mmmmmm I have them somewhere 🙄. Good news is it’s in one of three storage buildings so, that narrows it down.

Going from memory here:

Fifteen 52 Analog HD. You’ll need open lug nuts, I wanna say 1/4” spacer (I think). Not sure what size rim you intend to use 16” or 17”. I opted for the 16’s running a 285 75R 16 tire, just phat enough in all the
right places 👈.

I’ll look for the centers and rings, yours for the taking. Although, it’s not too difficult to add the clips and YOTA caps if you’re looking for a “stockish look”.

Oooh! I like the red and white one to the left…😀

😁👈👍

The stock lug nuts don’t instill a lot of confidence with the thickness of the 15 52. An extended thread tuner lug nut comes in handy to get the extra thread engagement needed.

I took advantage of the BF sale and ordered them. Black sold out so gray it is. I like the "stockish look" but I like the fifteen 52 centers more :) These won't go on until Spring, no reason for me to buy tires for them to sit all winter. Let me know if you come across them in the next few months!
