Those just don’t look right on your rig, I’m thinking while you’re out here thinning the whitetail herd you can drop them off at my place, as usual, I’ll buy the first round of whiskey.Test fitting the 4plus rocker protector/step. Heavy duty.

Not many situations where more cowbell is the wrong way to go.....@Chungas Revenge there is a certain gratification with age and innuendo….once in a blue moon I hear phrases from some very old tv comedies like The Honeymooners, Odd Couple etc. Etc.. makes me smile deep inside…

The rear crossmember is from BTB- great piece. The stock crossmember is stamped above the frame to make sure that the rivets don’t interfere with the tub, we’ll make it pretty when the body comes back off.

As this isn’t a full blown restoration, we used 3/8” rivets but clamped and welded the backside. Once the body is back on the rotator for paint, the crossmember will be welded in the frame corners and at the leaf hangers.Good morning,
I'm curious about your process replicating the rivets on your crossmember. I'm installing the same part and would like to use rivets as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
I gotta keep telling myself that..^^^^As this isn’t a full blown restoration..

If your doing the “Full Monty Resto”, SOR has the rivets in their catalogue.
The project sure looks great for not being full blown. I appreciate your reply. I understand Aqualu is closing the doors in 2024 and I will be needing a 3/4 tub for my 76'.
