So to hang the front door it seems the best way to align is by removing the fender. There are two adjustment points per hinge (a pillar and door) and I can't get a wrench on the A pillar when the door is mounted. Gonna see how quickly I can remove this dam thing. I can align it to the b pillar and then adjust the a while the fender is loose. Some one tell me if there's a better way to do it before I hit the drivers front door tomorrow.
Nice work, it is finally coming together. Looking forward to seeing it at SAS.

Ok, so it's truly OTJT. Believe I figured it out. Only removed the a pillar bots (3), the two on the bottom of the tub (through the whee well) and the 4-5 down the inside of the fender along the fire wall. Able to move the fender out enough to get my 1/4" drive in and adjust the hinge on the a pillar.

Yes sir. My biggest. Ballenger is we halve X number of days til we take off. And unfortunately I'm on the road for work 7 days between now and then. And I have to rebuild McGuires T-Case. Here's the updated punch list

Working remotely on Jimmy's Cruiser from my garage tonight. Operation Mud Flap Rehab is underway. I'm pretty impressed with the results so far. Here's a before and after shot. Although not the same mud flap, they're from the same set and were in the same condition:
Here's how it was done...
1. Hose wash and nylon brush scrub the heavy dirt off. There appeared to be some road tar on the bracket that had to be scraped off with a razor blade.
2. Wire wheel the metal bracket
3. Vigorously scrub the rubber with 0000 steel wool and simple green.
4. White Krylon paint pen to rehab the letters
There is no rubber dressing, tire cleaner, or oil used on the flap pictured. It's just fresh rubber.

That is incredible work on those flaps Ryan. I really appreciate it ma man! I'm turning in. two front doors mounted and aligned (I hope). Up on the lift since I have cats (a whole other thread) that will get in there and piss all over everything. They are great for the rodents but will ruin the good stuff if in not paying attention. One the other doors/glass are on it can stay on the ground. And the punch list keeps growing. Just added 3 items to the bottom.
that thing is looking good! how did you get those wheels looking so shiny?

Roma, Steele wool and some chrome polish it's a temporary solution as most surface rust comes back if not maintained.
