Looking into the MTS/CC more now. A this point, thanks to others here, at a minimum I think I need the following for these features.

1 55936-60030 SWITCH, CTR CLUSTER $179.87
1 47217-60690 SOLENOID, Master CYL $886.07
2 89413-0C011 SENSOR, TRANSMISSION $111.72

Shootz! Bought mine last year and installed. Maybe wait for a cheap CC?

Bell Lexus 12% sale is probably cheapest to get the two switch 090 crawl switch at around $282

Most sites overseas don't list this item for sale

If you want to save money and put up with the 4 switches

Carmarka with whatever they offer for shipping is probably cheapest

@Cruiser804

Glad you are still looking into this. It helps immensely when you have the rig in question and a commitment to research and find a solution. The solution here is going to be verified and confirmed by an owner of said vehicle and model year IMO.

It is a path of discovery that often isn’t easy with potentially lots of successes and failures.

Please continue to keep us posted how it goes.

I saw this but I think there is a lot more than just the switch and dial to get it to work. My blackline has the DAC there on the dial vs the push button in this diagram so the plug behind it is likely not the same or not wired to the same ECUs. Given the MTS and CC are factory not dealer or port options this could mean the same as the 2020s with the booster, etc.

Agree, but hoping by at starting with the Luxury edition with MVP camera feature I already have the wiring. Again, I'm only going on what I can see in the EPC.

yeah, they made the blacklines simple so I doubt they have anything behind there. I am giving up on it unless someone has a cheap epiphany. When I build the 22 I will just gear and lock it vs worry about CC and MTS.

@Cruiser804

Make sure you have a functional Techstream install running when you get to that point.

This was previously posted but OBD port changed in 2020 and lost a pin or two. A ZPC could no longer be done with a paper clip after 2019 model year and TS is now the requirement for that procedure.

Copy. It'll be a few month before I get into this. Fairly cold where I live and would rather wait for some warmer whether before pulling the interior apart. Definately, gonna look closer at the ABS module to confirm which one I have.

CLICK ME: Crawl Control and Multi-Terrain Select (MTS) retrofit on '10-'19 GX 460 / all trims

Crawl control and/or MTS can be added to any '10-'19 GX 460 regardless of trim. MTS is not available in stock US models in North America except for Canadian top tier models. Crawl Control was available on '10-13 Premium models via special order packages and on '14-'19 Luxury models with the Driver Support Package. Five speed crawl is used in GX 460 like the '13+ LC & LX 570. Previous years of crawl in LC and LX 570 are three speed. Starting in 2020 MTS is available on US Luxury models with the “Off-Road Package”. '10-'19 Multi-Terrain Select includes modes for Mud & Sand, Loose Rock, Mogul, and Rock. 2020-2021 also adds Rock & Dirt and MTS AUTO mode. Part numbers and the ability to retrofit 2020-2022 models are unknown at this time.

Maybe I missed this in the thread, when you add crawl Control and MTS to a 2020 plus model do you also gain the
  1. PANORAMIC VIEW MONITOR[5] WITH MULTI-TERRAIN MONITOR[6]

@GXAZ460 Unfortunately not without additional hardware.

I have the ECU for this but am fairly sure the wiring isn’t there in the far…far right area of the dash. A project pushed way back. You will see the camera option when you install MTS though. I also have a OEM front camera, factory grill for the camera/radar sensor, and the mirror cameras from bone yard parts. Might be possible to trigger with a separate switch but if you wanted to go OEM.. the steering wheel mounted camera button would be needed as well.

The camera I picked up had a cracked plastic cover so found a 3D print of the plastic cover I printed out. This would work for camera used in LC & LX as well in earlier 200 series years.

Quick answer: No.

I didn’t either but know that isn’t “best practice” from an electrical standpoint. :)

Mine has been converted for over 5 years now so no apparent long term effects if anyone is still on the fence.

I'm pretty sure when I was a mechanic the only time I ever disconnected batteries while swapping parts was for starters and alternators. Sometimes not even then.

ECUs don't really care.
