@Billinator Any new feedback on these Scorpion Muds? I'm looking at them being a great size and style but there's hardly any reviews or testing so you're my canary in the coal mine.
I'm also interested in switching from 31" to 32"... I rarely use 1st gear on the road so very curious about this. Even going from 31" to 33"

Uphill in third is fine, fourth needs to be basically flat. I can go 65, but tend to stay below 60 so that I don't have fill it up every 150 miles. I don't have a good before/after comparison. I think 33's are about as far as you can reasonably go with stock drivetrain and not have any drawbacks...

Love these tires. Great off road tires. They are a little noises on road, but I’m just not worried about that. If you want siped tires, these may not be for you. Tires do tuck nicely in off camber situations.

Love those! Look great. Where did you get them widened? Local tire shop able to do that?
FWIW: Jerry Robbins in Calhoun, GA did mine years ago.

ATs don't fit very well on 5.5" stock rims. MTs fit better.
Can you elaborate on this? Why the all terrain on the stock wheel fits better than the mud terrain? Thanks

They "fit" fine but they wear funny...muds having wider thread gaps wear funny too but its not as noticable.

Other way. The ATs have a flat tread that will be curved on the narrow rim. The MTs are different and work better on the narrow rim.

I daily drove mine with 33s and no lift. It shouldn't rub unless you're doing some really intense wheeling or putting some fat friends in the back seats.

I know this has probably been posted somewhere but can someone give me a height (ground to roof) on 31 inch tires, no lift? Need to make sure it will fit in garage.

that’s going to depend a lot more than just tire size. spring lift/sag will also be a variable that will come into play. just take the tire size you have now subtract it from the 31inch and divid that number by 2. that’s roughly how much taller your truck will be with 31s. this will let to see how close to the top of your garage you’ll be.
