YaaaHoooooo! Wicked is all I could think of.

Explain the noise that sounds like an air shifter when you change gears?

Blow of Valve :D or BOV

It will be a lot quieter once the BOV is plumbed back into the snorkle :crybaby:

Damn, it takes about 5 minutes for my speedo to get to that point in the arc, downhill with a tailwind :)

Sounds awesome, I'm glad you got her all together. I was feeling pisimistic, I kept watching this thread and waiting for the post where you write in and say she blew up on the dyno. But you nailed it, way to go, hopefully you kick some ass in competition this year, I'm excited for you.

We will certainly be more competertive but we play for fun, the big boys in this game have Dyno read outs like this Nissan Patrol below.
:crybaby: and have such things as coil springs :crybaby: and $100,000+ budgets. This is Joel's comp truck dyno read out, same guy that tuned mine. But it's not all about power thankfully :D

On the way to work last night as always I pass the Gas Station/Subway, which is on the corner of an 8 lane intersection, where all the Ricer boys hang out :D Large crowd as always.

I couldn't help myself :hillbilly: off the lights.

Nice to see it's all buttoned up. So what's your 0-100 time? (mine's about 27 sec )

I know you compete for fun, and it looks like fun. And I know that about 90% of any sport is your skill, but havign this extra power will really help I'm sure. Even the difference between my 1F 40 and 2F 60 is pretty amazing. Seems the 60 will churn the tires far longer than the 40. Although the 1F has better grunt at times. You should turn better times now with the extra get up and go when you need it.

ROTFLMAO :grinpimp:

G'day Matt,

Looks great! What was it like to drive? What are those numbers in Horsepower? Can you stir up dust with your fuel gauge? Most importantly- can you smoke all four tyres?:)

Cheers,
Josh

208Hp and 473ftlbs or 150Kw and 642Nm at the rear wheels.

Drive real nice power is smooth and progressive you can stay off the boost all the way or not :D Very happy overall. Have not tried to smoke the tires thats usually when you start to break s*** for no reason other than show boating.

Still getting used to it too.

Well it's been a week and I ain't stopped smiling, it's really hard to describe how quick this is, far more than I hoped for and at less boost than expected.
If the force is strong and your pockets are deep I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. The cost a second time around is always less, I have done the hard yards and the reserch for anyone who is welcome to follow.

Matt & the Mule

I have yet to make enquiries but once I do I'll PM you.

Now that would of been funny matt i reckon that the ricer boys would of been going :hhmm: :hillbilly:

It was a mixture of all look to see and then looking around trying to figure out who going which way :hillbilly:

Hey Matt! I'm getting so close I'm getting giddy.

Pappy's 3FE Stroker (11mb video)

Top stuff, I am sure your excited at the prospect of taking it for a drive, will you be dynoing it? Would be great to see what a well built 2FE stroker will do.

If your ever in Oz your always welcome here:steer:

Pulled a couple of backing plates off a 75 series front I was stripping for parts for a US power steering conversion for a HJ47. The backing plates have vents and air scoops for cooling the disc's.

Now I can't decide wether this is a plus or a minus, on road plus for sure, off road will they just become bog hole scoops for mud?
