The following BOD positions are up for election and will take nominations for 2024:

President
Secretary/TLCA Representative
Membership Coordinator

Description of positions:
ONSC Club Bylaws

Any member in good standing can nominate someone or themselves for these positions. These positions will be for 2 years and up for re-election in 2026. Nominations will be open for the month of January. Voting will take place in February and the new positions will be announced in March at the Meet and Greet.

Please "try" and limit chat in this thread as it can make keeping up with nominations difficult.

Votes will be tallied via survey monkey survey that will be emailed out to all members that are in good standing at the time that nominations close at the end of January. If you want to nominate, vote or accept a nomination, please make sure that your membership is current.

As some of you may know.
The Christmas party was my last event as your ONSC President. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to manage such an awesome group of folks.

It has been such a pleasure to represent our ONSC family at multiple TLCA events through out the country.
Thanks to all the members that helped me out along the way. I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately with my new business endeavors in Texas I will no longer have the ability to continue to serve the club in my current capacity.
This is actually a very good thing. We have an amazing thing going here and it is very unique and it is up to us to continue to give it life.
We can all do this by volunteering to serve on the BOD.
I think it’s very important for the torch to get passed on as frequently as possible. This helps in bringing new ideas, fresh faces, fresh ideas, and gets a bigger part of our members involved in the decision making of the club.

I nominated nathan without asking. So igot called names, received dead threats, and had to change my number. At the end he accepted and i am still hiding from the apurando (rushing) mafia. Now i will nomínate the great John Vee. He has enough guns that he can shoot me out of my hiding spot but i think is time that the club has a liberal socialist president with some equity and equality on the seat. I hope he accepts and it gets supported by the hard core conservatives on the club. (. I am just joking) in case that someone gets ofended.
Please look for the thread john vee is a great guy and you will vote for him. The first thing he will do is change the bylaws to perpetuate himself in power. Eveey socisli does it!!!good luck Vee

Well, with an endorsement like that above from @Roxx, and a record TWO 'seconds' from @GLTHFJ60, I guess I have no choice but to finally accept the nomination for la peor opción para el presidente!

This opens up my current position of Secretary/TLCA Representative for nominations.

Haha!! You guys are the best. I would consider it an honor to serve; however, I have responsibilities to Star City Land Cruisers in Roanoke, VA for at least one more year (probably more as Treasurer). After that, I’m willing and able to be called up from the bush leagues. SCLC is in its infancy compared to the Goliath known as ONSC. As Del eloquently stated, ONSC is an amazing Club and group of enthusiasts.

@GLTHFJ60 Started March 2023 as a TLCA Chapter. MUD clubhouse and everything. Met for about 8 months before committing to the Overlords. 18 members and slowly growing. Last year hit Potts Mountain a couple times, three trips to Craigs Creek frontage property for camping. Fall Crawl saw four of us representing.
