2018 BOD Nominations and Voting

The following BOD positions are up for election and will take nominations for 2018:

President
Secretary/TLCA Representative
Membership Coordinator

Description of positions:
ONSC Club Bylaws

Any member in good standing can nominate someone or themselves for these positions. These positions will be for 2 years and up for re-election in 2020. Nominations will be open for the month of December and January. Voting will take place in February and the new positions will be announced in March at the Meet and Greet or before.

NO CHAT in this thread, official business only.

Votes will be tallied via surveymonkey survey that will be emailed out to all members that are in good standing at the time that nominations close at the end of January. If you want to nominate and vote, please make sure that your membership is current.

2. If nominated and seconded, please make sure to either accept or decline your nomination

Is it part of the process for candidates to write something about “why vote for me” prior to the vote survey? Might be helpful for new members too. If it is in the bylaws, I haven’t had a chance to read those.

Seriously, I am a little oversubscribed with other things at the moment, besides work, county boards, 4wd training, also accepted a bigger role in 36 Hours. Will accept when I know I can dedicate and not let you all down.

In the past we haven't, just because there has very infrequently been a vote off, but I like the idea. I'm for it!
