The following BOD positions are being vacated and will take nominations for 2014:

President
Secretary/TLCA Representative
Membership Coordinator

Any member in good standing can nominate someone or themselves for these positions. These positions will be for 2 years and up for re-election in 2016. Nominations will be open for the month of December, voting will take place in January and the new positions will be announced in February at the Meet and Greet or before.

NO CHAT in this thread, official business only.
 
Lots of views, but no nominations. Middle of the month, and we're getting into the busiest part of it! Let's get some nominations going!
 
What about event coordinator?

I nominate Johnny for president

What are the responsibilities of the membership coordinator? I might throw my name into the ring for that.
 
Johnny can tell you more about membership. We'll have a special vote if/when Al officially moves.
 
Somehow I'm only just seeing this. Nominate Brian for president again.

I accept Adam's nomination of me for president.

I nominate Adam Leidy for Membership Coordinator.

I nominate John Vargosko for Secretary/TLCA Representative.

Membership coordinator responsibilities as follows:
- maintain club stationary (stickers, membership letters, etc.)
- maintain club excel sheets (member registry and current member lists)
- mail out new member packets
- recruit new members

EVERYONE in the club is responsible for the last bullet. I've put everything online and payment for dues is through the website now, so it's a piece of cake.
 
Brian has informed me he is stepping down as a BOD member because of busy life schedule.


I therefore 2nd Johnny's nomination to make it official. :grinpimp:
Personally I do think Johnny is the best man for the job with the energy he brings. :)


I actually want us to kind of have a real election for once so don't let this dissuade anyone from nominating anyone else :cheers:
 
Not that we need a 4th nomination for it, but...

I'll also 2nd John V. for Secretary and Meatball for membership.
 
Jonny, your it, I think we all agree! We will have a drunk president. Haha. Joke, your the right guy for the job.

Jonny and john v sounds right to me. Adam to but he doesnt want it anymore then i will say shaun for menbership coordinator

So Shaun Golden and Joanna Hugo are both nominated for Membership coordinator. Do either accept? Any seconds?
