After hours rub down on my Cruiser. Clay bar before wax. Amazing what these pull off dirt wise vs any other kind of wash.

Also giving the interior a bit of a clean. Had a lot of dust from a bunch of trips this year that needed cleaned out. 🤗

It’s a weekend of waxing it, prepping for next weekends trip and maybe installing a goodie or two I got laying around. 😉🤷🏼‍♂️

All cleaned up, it needed it after a half dozen trips and nothing more than a wash after.

That clay bar stuff works wonders. Long story short I had to repo my own truck and have it shipped from CO back to OR. It came home with a mess of something covering it from transport. Took forever to clean, but that product was about the only thing that would touch the mess.

And this which sounds like it may rattle off-road so will have to do something about that.

Another good run in the shop Cruiser, it performed flawlessly.

Next up is a set of Blackhawk radius arms going in.

Is this the part number on the fzj105 charcoal cannister? I installed the delco one but don't like the way it fits.

What is it that you find more attractive about the Blackhawk arms over say the Delta arms? Not trying to start a fight I am honestly just curious as I am going to be buying some shortly.

Just trying a few sets out. I didn’t really have to wait for them either, about a week I guess.

Cheers

Well, these showed up today from some far off corner of the world. 🥰

Thanks again @Onur for this unobtanium. 🙏

Nah, no real updates. I got like 8,500 miles on the engine now. I do have some more parts (a lot actually) and more plans. Cruiser has been pretty back burner the last six months though. It’s fairly well sorted. Need to get a new front bumper. Need speakers badly. Not a lot else has big priorities right now.

I smashed the upper rear LHS quarter a bit wheeling last summer. So until I get that fixed I don’t want to put on the “Wagon“ decals.

It's those dam rear quarter panels always getting in the way on the fat lady :p

Hence, my other 80 build being a pickup. 😉

I'm on my third set of tail Lights and both rear quarters have been thoroughly massaged 🤷‍♂️ but that's what I build it for, it's amazing what a 80 can do if your not worried about body damage.
But I get it, your Reg is super clean and should stay that way !!!!
Following your Ute pickup build, can't wait to see where it goes.
