Haven't posted in a bit however, I haven't been slacking. This is my take on having an air system available for when its needed. My objective is reliability and utilizing factory bolt positions.
I picked up the 12V ARB Dual compressor, got a bit of a deal but not much.

Then I got busy on mocking-up a template for mounting the compressor in the engine bay using only factory bolt positions and still leaving room for a Webasto down the road.
I also decided to add the diff breathers to the same bracket.

Then started running 8mm 180p.s.i. push connect hose. I used custom made brackets that mount to the frame in existing bolt holes.
The blue line is actually rated at 150psi, I later changed it out to green tube with a higher rating.

Then I had an issue with the custom hose that I had made. It attached the compressor to the tank. It started to have heat issues at the compressor outlet. It also was so big and bulky that i had no adequate mounting system so it was starting to rub and create weak points in the outer sheathing So I changed over to this.
And now this is giving me issues from excessive heat, see the bubble forming. So next i went with this, hoping to get the heat away from the quick connect fitting.
We will see how this performs on it next big test, airing up all four tires.
Here is a pic of the air at the back bumper. And the dual air hookup for doing both tires at the same time.
