Photo - April 2014 on the Kokopelli Trail during Cruise Moab. The roo bar has been replaced by a fitted ARB bumper. La Sal Mountains in the background.

For sale is my 1989 (12/1988) BJ-74. I took delivery in March of 2013 and have wheeled it in KY, TN, AL, AR, MO, CO and UT. Nothing crazy but this truck has seen trails and it does very well!

It has the 13BT 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, automatic transmission, cable lockers, two tops and two sets of rear doors (full and half), a PTO winch and a fitted ARB front bumper. It has 285/75/16 BFG ATs on 80 Series rims with 1" OPOR spacers. A PO added a EFS Suspension (Australian). It has @128,300 miles (206,500km). It is a JDM model I imported from Brisbane, Australia.

I am in the process of cleaning it now and will post additional photos of as I take them.

Rust. The windshield frame is rusty on the bottom where it meets the weatherstripping and there are two small spots on each corner of the cowl.

I am listing it now, with an incomplete ad, as I expect it will take some time to sell.

Asking price is $15,500.00 OBO. I can keep the soft top and half rear doors and reduce the price if that suits the buyer. I will be keeping the rear bumper, sliders, and other small parts for a future build.

Pease call at 859-two five five-2307 or e-mail at peblaw@yahoo dot com with questions or to set up a test drive.

Thank you for your interest!

Hmmm... When I click on them it takes a second but they do open. Is anyone else having this problem?
My household Internet is only a notch above "smoke signals" and I didn't have an issue with the photos.

Pictures are working for me.

That ten dollar bill under the seat is mine from last September.

DSCF1035.webp DSCF1036.webp DSCF1042.webp DSCF1040.webp Here are pics of the rear interior panels and rear seat installed. As you can see, it has an OEM roll bar (added by a PO) and shoulder belts for the rear passengers. Only thing left to do is install the top (a ten minute job). She's almost ready for someone to come take her home!

Any interest in a trade? It doesn't have much in the way of ground clearance, but it'll get a lot of attention! :) [Powered by a '93 Corvette engine and tons of work put into making it look like not much work has been done!]

Wow, that is a great looking truck! Yours is probably a fair offer but I am trying to reduce the number of vehicles I have. Simplifying my life and all that. If you get your truck sold and get some cash freed up, let's talk.
Thanks for your interest!

Will do! It's not for everyone!

DSCF1046.webp DSCF1047.webp DSCF1048.webp Attached are pictures of the dash. I'm sorry, I couldn't figure out how to photograph the odometer without glare. The KMs are as stated in the first post. Also included is the airbox for use with a snorkel, in case you want to install one.
The top is now on! I will get some shots of the top during daylight hours and post them up.
Thanks for your interest!
More disclosure - it looks like the radio has died. It has power to it (12v) and the fuse in the unit is good. Not sure what else to check.

If that's an OEM snorkel airbox I would pay you good money for that if the next buyer doesn't want it!

Good luck with sale. Nice truck! They are super fun.
