I've searched and I can't find the service interval for the rear wheel bearings and seals. Why wouldn't they be the same 15k interval as the front?

Hello, i have a 1985 FJ73 the mid wheel base with lead springs all around. Some nice second hand wheels have come available but the they are a 16x8 with negative 20 offset. Will these still be okay on my cruiser?

It seems like every half-turn left there is a winding type sound coming from the steering column. After it warms up, and if it's somewhat warm out, the sound goes away. I've also noticed the sound when I loose traction in the snow and my tires spin sometimes. Any ideas?
