I just bought this 1984 cruiser. The truck is clean. I noticed a small drop of oil last night. I went under the truck and it looks it was coming out of a plug. Can someone help me with this? I uploaded the photo

Does this mean the seal between the transmission and transfer case has finally given up? This is after sitting for a couple of weeks. Last night I noticed the fluid about an inch in the tube at the bottom. Now it’s definitely higher.

I have seen reports of damaged or defective covers being delivered. Has anyone received a good one and verified fit?
