The labor time and cost to clean each injector isn’t cost effective. A denso nozzle should be $50-60. I’m assuming similar cost as a 1hd-t injector nozzle.

Looking to do an injector rebuild soon or replace nozzles. I have some smoke at cold startups. This video is great in understanding a 2-stage system and what needs to be done for a proper rebuild by a diesel shop.

Why did you go with the CT26 CT20B option? they have the GT2071R and the Garret 60-1 options as well. What will you be operating it at? 12-13psi? Looks like they come with various dump spring configs. which one on Arashi's config table are you using?

I’ve been getting a loud noise when turn on the heat and I definitely have some leaves in the front cowl probably but that’s a different cleaning task. I also know I have a mouse somewhere. I removed the three torx screws and found this, not too bad I thought.

What do you recommend for the FZJ75 troopy leaf spring front bushings? OEM? Polyurethane?
