Curious on the seat covers too. Glad to see my tailgate worked well for you, feel free to share any feedback on what you liked and didn’t like so I can improve the design. Also, who made your drinks holder? Really like that.

Cheers, James

The tailgate liner went on great. As for the seat covers they are not skin tight but they fit well and they are not baggy. I would definitely purchase them again. I order them thru Equipt1.com in Colorado.

Installed a Yaesu 2m/70cm radio. I couldn’t find a great place for the control panel so I stuck it down on the rubber mat. I think I like it there but am open to suggestions. I mounted the antenna on the bull bar.

An option that doesn’t require you to look down.

Here is an easy, fun little project, an in dash garage opener button that looks like a factory install.
I ordered my switch from here: AOB AIR ON BOARD - https://aironboard.com
If you want a vertical switch you can order it from the US web site here : Vertical Garage Door Switch
If you want a horizontal switch you need to email the USA site and special order one from Craig.

So here is what you get. A switch that fits into a dash hole of your choice, a wiring harness and a set of instructions.

All you have to do is pair up a garage remote to your opener, split open the case and solder the red and green wires to the board on the back side of the button you programed. Then wrap the board in any type of insulating tape so nothing metal can touch it and short it out. ( I re-soldered the green wire after the photo)

Before you plug it into the switch feed the plug from the back of the dash thru the hole and plug it in. Walla! You have a factory looking garage opener.
