Hey everyone,
I’m currently in the middle of a passion project to recreate the OEM side decal stripes for the 2003–2004 Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series (FZJ71 / FZJ74 / FZJ79).
Since original NOS decal kits are virtually impossible to find these days, I took it upon myself to vector-trace the entire graphic in Adobe Illustrator down to every minute detail.
Current Status:
Thanks in advance for any leads or assistance!

- I completed a test print, and the alignment, colors, and proportions came out 99.99% spot-on!
- The Problem: The very front curve section that wraps over the front fender corner (highlighted in yellow in the image below) is driving me nuts. Getting the exact curvature of the fender profile right in Illustrator is proven to be a nightmare without official dimensions or blueprint files.
- Dimensions / Vector Templates: Does anyone have blueprint measurements, 1:1 scale panel dimensions, or editable vector templates for pre-2007 70-Series front fenders? (Even paid files or graphics from 1999–2006 models that I can adapt would be amazing).
- Illustrator Tips / Files: If anyone has dealt with aligning OEM decal curves on 70-Series fenders before, any advice or vector source files would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any leads or assistance!
