It seems to have been dissolved.
A new entity was formed shortly after the first was filed, and now the new agent of record is : JESSICA JOHNSON
The new LLC is TOLERANCE STACK
Both registrations have the same address: 4445 TABLE ROCK RD
This is about 1.5 miles from Wits End former location.

And? He wase making stuff for Tacomas back in September of ‘24 because he knew he had screwed too many people over in the LC scene so he needed a new base to steal money from. All I’m saying is he’s been back longer than 2025

I think the point is that it’s been called out multiple times here
More concerned that his son will end up in a future legal battle after his father used his name to run a fraudulent business under after Joey was sued and prosecuted.
