@veiloctane, glad to hear it went well! A big thanks also goes to @Sarmajor who originally recommended the "built-in" tool. Thanks for sharing and providing an update as well. This forum has been a huge time saver for myself, and many, many others. Thank you to everyone that has contributed!

Can anyone give me the part number for the 12 washers for the nozzle leakage pipe? I can’t see them on the EPC for some reason.

Found it 90201-08106

Gday folks,

Great thread here, just about to put my nozzle leakage pipe back on, I’ve noticed the hollow bolts only have a hole on one side, for the first and last cylinder it’s obvious which direction the hollow hole needs to face but what direction does 2,3,4 and 5 face?
Especially with cylinder 2 having 3 potential directions

Apologies if this is a very obvious solution.

Thanks
Kayak

Just wanted to share another success story following the steps outlined in this thread! Thank you, OP!

Think it was definitely time for my old injectors

The primary reason I did the swap was in response to excessive white smoke. That was largely resolved following the swap and completely eliminated after I adjusted the injector pump timing to match the FSM spec.

My washers got stuck at the bottom. You’re lucky they came out together.

For anyone who has pulled their hair out trying to remove those crusty injector seat washers from the bottom of the injector bore—when soaking in every penetrating oil known to man has failed, as well as every other fiddly trick, this tool will pop them out in seconds.
