Hadnt driven mine since Saturday after replacing a u joint as preventative maintenance due to a sheered grease fitting. Changed oil and drained transmission pan today to find a stripped tranny plug. Is this the right plug in the first place? New crush washer for reference. Doh.
Refreshed the springs on the GX.

New hatch struts for the 80. No more vice grips! A small victory, but a victory none the less. Then I got wood...
About to change out my inner CV boots and add my tent, awning, fuel, and generator to the teardrop this week!
Finally got official testing and approval for the third row seat in the 60. Took the family out for a Sunday ride to hunt some waterfalls and pick some apples in Long Creek. Went to Brasstown Falls and Riley Moore falls. RM has a nice "high clearance" entrance that was good for the kids. We had a great time, also explored a few of the forest service roads in the area. Lots of fun!

Removed spare parts (running boards and rusted rear heater lines), replaced rotted sway bar bushings, and extended diff breathers. Did the spare relocation mod but the crank doesn't line up right so I need to drop it another inch. My budget talked me into waiting longer on 33" tires but the sliders are ordered.
Is it a bench or a bucket seat in the back? I use a bucket seat now but my white cruiser had a bench out of a k5blazer.
It's a Bestop Trailmax seat. Comes with mounting brackets and seatbelts. Price was right, as it was given to my dad and he gave it to me.
I installed it so that it rolled forward against the second row seat. I can actually sit in the seat and not hit my knees. There's still a little room behind the seat for stuffing stuff. Here are some pics.

Very cool.
Another good use for the winch...made putting a slipped rubber track back on the track loader a breeze!

Rear axle, semifloat bearing replacement is not really fun.
It's not fun. We just went through the same thing on an FJ Cruiser at Trollholes.

The only good news is they last a while between service intervals. This one had nearly 100k on it.
I had Proffitt do mine while they swapped the outers to the Diamond. I was dreading this myself.
