Not this one. I can order them with padding... But by the time you pay shipping you can order a better padding here and install. I started running Thermozite under all my vinyl and carpet kits. Sound and heat suppressor in one. So, far really like the results.

Amazon Santa delivered my marine cable, terminal rings, adhesive shrink tubing, and crimping tool yesterday so I can do my dual battery install tonight/tomorrow morning.
