Modified stock bumper with tan bed liner. 12k winch and KCs. Winch outlet mounted on top of bumper and in cab controls.

Here’s a modified front bumper for clearance, Harbor freight winch plate between front rails, 9000 lb winch enclosed behind stock pumper with cut out, synthetic cable and Warn slide fairlead ....... Wanted a winch, but also wanted to keep it as light as possible... It’s my work truck (has the wrong year front valence on it... soon to be changed.... Steel grill from Kelly was powder coated to match the powder coated stock wheels on the grill insert... Insert surround was “”chrome powder coated”) ... Definitely a work in process

. Bump It Offroad. Mike does amazing work. I was even able to drop ship my Black Oak LED light from Florida for him to perfect the mounting tabs. I get complemented on this bumper all the time.

Man, whoever bumped this thread to bring it back from the dead did a good thing. The last useful post until a couple days ago was 5 years ago. A lot has changed since then in the world of 80 bumpers. Nice that there are quite a few more options out there to go along with the staples of the ARB and Slee bumpers that seemed to be on 8 out of 10 80s not too long ago.

Here's mine to add to the thread. Custom bumper I welded up from a design created by fellow MUD member @I Lean . The tube work was no part of the design so mine is kinda unique compared to the few others than have used the kit.

Slee 1st Gen bumper was replaced by a 4x4 Labs Kit Bumper. I love this bumper as much now as I did when I got it, its fantastic.
