View attachment 1839555 Spotted a georgeous “barfy green” ( my daughters description...) fj40 today in southpark... I guess that’s just as accurate as “baby poo”
Really immaculate resto, haven’t seen this one around town before.
Vacation spotting in south Florida, talked with the owner, Hector, who has really restored this rig nicely to become a daily and a mud toy.... one, mild lift, reverse shackles, winch, leds, original oem bows, ac....
he previously has restored a rusty 1970ish, and a 62.
Cool softtop from Columbia, looked to be vinyl...
Glad I ran out of the store to chat with him, hopefully he’ll make an appearance to be in the running for the iron-butt award at this years relic run...
EDIT: luckily I was wearing an fj40 tee shirt so he didn’t think I was a total wack job.... or did he... yikes

Does anybody else remember washing their parents cars as a kid and using a special whitewall cleaner? Really turned that red/purple ‘88 Grand Caravan woody into a looker.Spotted this guy who loves his whitewalls almost as much as stevezero
Matter of fact the overspray suggests they were recently “refurbished” lol
