Looking good John.

I finally got around to installing my Superwinch contactor into the Warn m8000. I believe that was the issue I was having with the winch controls not working all the time.....the solenoids were going out. So, I followed 1911's lead (along with several others) and got the Superwinch single solenoid contactor. The only problem is now my wired controller won't work at all. I have in-cab controls but no wired remote. I put it all back together as is because I did not feel like fighting with the wired controller. I believe I know where the issue is after thinking about it for a while. Eventually I will test my theory. I now need to get the synthetic cable spooled.

BIOR dual swing out rear bumper and front skid plate arrived today!
Anybody want to get together Saturday to install? If no one is available, i'll probably just do it thursday afternoon and wait for Brad to get off work to come help me

Any time but early, early morning. Maybe get started around 10 or so. I might go up there on Thursday and remove my rear bumper cover. Might try and sand blast the skid plate and get some paint on it. (ordered it raw)
I do have some other prep work i need to do. Fix two nuts, remove hitch, retap a few holes. You have to notch the rear cross member. I will be welding up some plates to braces it back in, so might do that thursday as well. I need to go buy the hardware store and get some 10.9 14mmx1.5mm bolts and nuts as well.

Hopefully a few people can make it out and it can be a fun day. Keep in mind we have the entire shop available. So if you have any mods you'd like to do, bring em on up. We can get some pizza and beers.
