You're not going to have enough volume displaced with the 80 brake cylinder. I'd look to go with one of the GM ones: http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/toyota-booster-to-gm-master-cylinder.html
If I remember correctly, the corvette master cylinder has a bore of 7/8" (not sure of stroke). The truck master I linked has a 1 1/4" bore and I believe the same stroke as the corvette.Awesome information. I don't plan to do disk conversion (yet), so going to need to do this conversion. I have a corvette master I was going to use. Is the one ton master even more volume?
I tried 4 different GM masters before settling on a fixed 1.25" bore MC. You really need to figure out the displacement of the calipers (and whether fixed or floating makes a difference!) and then go based on that. I really think the step bore masters (quick take-up) make a lot of sense but it was just slightly too mushy for the giant JB8 brake calipers I'm still running up front. You da man.
I can't find the pirate thread (still pretty sure it was pirate, but maybe in the expo section?), but this thread is full of info: Volvo c303 disc brakes?thanks @mr jits
THis has been my dumping ground for Volvo info that you posted on that thread too -- not sure if we ever found the portal informaiton on pirate you talked about. Portals C303 Volvo
Have not seen any good instructions for disc conversion. There is a video of a guy that used european toyota parts, hilux parts. Wish I could get more info on that one.

I think you're going to be money ahead having your stubs machined to accept a 6 bolt pattern brake disk and then choose your caliper to fit with whatever mounting bracket you can fab up. Hell, most guys running axletechs these days are using dual 4runner calipers on each wheel, I'm sure you can come up with something.
Oh. Hmm@nukegoat we are talking about drums at all corners. Here is what I can find from manual.
OEM volvo used a 1.125" bore master,
Wheel cylinders were 1.125 front, 1.250 rear. I thought the front had dual cylinder, rear are single.
