Depends on the year and kit. Apparently, I got lucky and the '75 kit includes the bolts. $155 plus shipping.

May take you up on it Matt, I’ve got a decision to make… I have the Daystar kit because that was what was used on the rear sill half a lifetime ago. From what I’ve read, it’s not the easiest since the mounts are one piece so lining up hardware on the install is harder than with the Energy Suspension mounts.Happy to give you a hand, I owe you that much for all the support...oh...and schlepping that tranny jack to my house.
Maybe others that have used or tried to use the Daystar mounts can chime in.

Printed an insert for the center console. The print job is a little rough but good enough for these old tired eyes. I used silver colored silk PLA which is not as forgiving as regular PLA. Still not too shabby.
did you just get that? I was under the impression that they weren't available any more?

my question with the daystar kit?
What are you doing for hardware?
6 hours of work in total to do the body mounts on my ‘65.
. I had to cut all 4 of the rear bolts. Four or five of the others snapped. I ran out of lights so the last three will get tightened tomorrow and we’ll see how it rides.

Bolts and washers are included
Rebuilt knuckles (new knuckles and steering arm), replaced tie rod ends, new brakes & lines on the front, installed new driver seatbelt, straightened the steering wheel. Probably something else…
Forgot to mention @whiskeytooth and his help on the knuckles…especially getting the long side axle back in with the aid of the guide.

Your 40 has coil springs? That looks a lot like an 80 series.
It is an 80 - sorry, I posted in the wrong location and I don’t think I have the access to change it.

There doesn’t seem to be another option until you start off branding on Amazon and eBay. Most place we would shop just resell this kit. Same kit from Energy Suspension just a different price.

I would bet that once you have the tub jacked up enough to take the load off the mount point, you will be fine. The old mounts (mostly) slipped out. I wire brushed the rust off and made a mental note to return in the future to disassemble them and hit them with some rust encapsulator. The new mounts slipped in easily clearing the tub. One was snug but tapped into place. I wanted to get the truck back on the road for a Cedar Park trip yesterday.
During the job I did find the "one spot" where the body rust is the worst is going to need some shoring up. Today I'll dig up some reinforcing metal and make a band-aid for that mount.
