at 6,800-feet above sea level, my original dry compression test after used-2F-engine install = 97,102, 92, 87, 95, 95-psi (107 lowest, 125 highest, if you divide by .8106 to adjust for altitude)
Not long after = 100, 103, 92, 88, 102, 102-psi. Compression improved in all but one combustion chamber, cylinder #3 stayed the same.
The motor was on a diet of 10W-30 and Techron from the pump. 13+-in.-Hg was my manifold vacuum observed. This was back in 2019.

Now, oil consumption has decreased, or at least my impression of the first few changes was that I lost quite a bit from the crankcase. I've been doing well on fuel too, 10.9 mpg for short-trip December-weather, stop-and-go (suburban) driving.

New front brake pads and checked the rear drum brakes. I drilled and tapped two m10 holes to make getting the drums off much easier.

New vs old pads

It really looks like a crack in the brake drum. On the left side of the photo, on the outer rib of the casting.

Anti-seize on the lug nut studs?
It’s a scratch in the paint, thanks for spotting that. I put some never seize on the brake drum where it mates to the axle, and in putting it on transferred some to the lugs. I cleaned them off before bolting up the wheels. I had a heck of a time the first time I took the drums off.

Looks like the frt pads weren't wearing evenly. 1 set has more material than the other. That can be an indication that a caliper maybe starting to stick. Did 1 rotor spin easier than the other? We're there any pistons more difficult to compress than others?

I just completed replacing the rubber/felt window guides. In my head, it was a daunting task, I had been dreading doing this for a long time. But after a bit of MUD research and convincing the lazy side of me to do it right, it was really not that hard!

The first window took a bit longer and once I broke loose all the screws it was smooth sailing. The first window is always a bit harder as you learn what to do.

The second window work took about half an hour from start to finish. And now my windows no longer rattle and they roll up and down like they were new!!!

Those pads probably had another 5 years left in them… 🤷‍♂️

Kidding aside… when I replaced the thin brake pads with rough service ones in our 10k pound “van” the were 10x better than the old ones.
