Lol - just did this last week and was thinking the exact same thing!
Drove it about 40 miles this week after being out of commission for the past 4 months.
Big items over the winter included Jim C rebuilding the carb, new brake and clutch master and slave cylinder, soft lines, oil pan gasket, heater box re-foam, heater valve, new hardware and seals for the hardtop and barn doors, rebuilt gauge cluster, acquiring a full tool kit, jack, jack rods and rod holders, acquiring a missing jump seats, and other things I'm forgetting. Long winter, super happy to have it back on the road again.
To all of you who helped me with parts, expertise, or encouragement, thank you!

First Drive after body mounts were replaced. If you have not done this upgrade, I would highly recommend it. Truck seems less harsh but still rides like a tractor.

That OEM radio looks pretty good. How is it holding up for you?

Still works great however it is more for show vs. sound quality. I made this for music instead as a project with my kid last summer. I used my old Coleman cooler from the early 90s and some stereo components I had laying around. It has a 12vdc quick connect so that it can be removed from the truck if required. It is chained/locked to the truck so it doesn't disappear easily. However, locks are for honest people. There is also a tray inside above the radio so that it can used for storage as well.

Got around to replacing my steering wheel cover this morning, here’s to hoping for another 15 years
Humpty Dumpty is back together again. Fan blades tap the new pulley, but that's an easy fix. Fired it up just in time to run out of fuel.

I use a floor jack to adjust the height to slide a tire on and off. What's harder to do now than when I was younger was mount the spare on the back.
I was given this ten year ago. Haven't had to use it yet but will before long.
This weekend it’s a dirty one…Just the usual oil pan and new gasket dance…don’t even ask me what the PO did with the orange PepBoys RTV special…still picking all the orange boogers out of my hair…

Got my winch installed. Next week to get the bumper painted and LED lights installed in the bumper.
Earlier in the week found no pressure on the brake pedal and discovered the front reservoir had gone dry.
Did the only reasonable thing in response. Fully adjusted the brakes and flushed the lines with a pressure bleeder. Well 3/4 of them. The front left wheel cylinder bleed screws were seized and rounded off. So here's hoping that the short run to those cylinders was ok.
And as a bonus with the truck on jacks, rotated the tires.
The oil spot under the truck is from somewhere on the t-case and has been dripping slowly for ~6 months. Need track that down, but the brakes took priority.
When I changed my oil pan and gasket I placed the gasket on a flat surface and then the pan on top. It seemed to conform better on the ends and using the poser method of install my pan is good to go.
Took the 40 for the post-brake-work test drive: stops straight and true and braking power is back to where it should be.
And I gave it a quick spray wash at the local car wash. It likely had been a couple years since I last cleaned the exterior.
