A wheel spacer is the easiest solution. I've got a couple beat up ones that would be onthe way to becoming beer cans it it wasn't for using them as spare tire spacers.

I phone has been droppped to many times. And the shaking on the motorcycle does a number on them.
Disassembled three jump seats and created a pair I was happy with. Just need to order fresh mounting hardware and I’ll check this project off the list.
Started this project over 5 years ago… had to dig out the house caulking that PO used and replace with self leveling sealer
Top sanded and ready…
2 coats of Rustoleum boat primer and 3 coats of paint…
Spraying woulda been better but the foam roller did pretty good……. I haven’t had the top on for quite a while so I’m looking forward to putting it back together - hopefully I’ll remember what goes where!
