Reset a bead. Luckily, the shop was heated. Had to take the wheel off and move it over by the fire to warm the rubber to seat the bead. Love my on board air!
This was the first drive in over a year. Over the past year I installed an MSD 6, new ring gear, offroad/springloaded needle seats, EDC mods, new rad.
I was the only truck out so I couldn't drive' er the way I would have liked to, but it was so good to be out and behind the wheel. My fuel mileage went way south. I have a double pumper so I know I am going to be using a lot of fuel. However it was noticebly less efficient than last year. It doesnt help the wallet running premium either.

Working on the H41/Orion install. Rear main is done, oil pan is back on with a nice new gasket, flywheel surfaced, clutch and pressure plate look like new, throw out has been thrown out, new one pressed on the carrier, then rain.

So I went on ebay and scored this for $31.

I've already got a latch, but I needed the catch portion. I'll probably use one of the m for the spare tire carrier I'm going to build.

Took the cruiser :steer: for the first time! Kind of an easy day at the beach but I did get the chance to use my new magnet from Gobo Fongo and pull out my friend's Jeep. :D Also got my son out on a kayak.

Started the process of taking everything apart for a frame off rebuild.

I bought a new favorite tool an inferred, laser guided thermometer ( $40 at Amazon). Just point and shoot. I got it to find any leaks or gaps in my homes insulation, but have found tons of productive and just plan fun stuff to do with it. Case in point – trying to solve hot floor boards in my 40. Now that I know the baseline, I can tailor my heat abatement model and see what works best.
I have also used it to find where that hot smell is coming from ( brake drums, etc).

Installed Aluminum Radiator

Installed aluminum 19 x 26 radiator and mechanical fan, replacing stock radiator an taurus fan. Used to run about mid scale on temp gauge, now barely comes off C.
