Preparing to retire from the sill sticker business today. These things get harder to sell off with each new batch. I have 5 left, and there will be no more. See the sale thread in the Small Business area for details. Last 5 ever! - Repro Toyota sticker for FJ40 rear sill

Scofflaw run to the gas station. First time on the road or above 20 mph in years (40 mph was good enough for today ). It's kinda without registration, insurance, good tires, fully working lights...and it was a blast to drive the short distance to the station and back. First time in years with a full tank of fuel.

Washed some of the stink off from its first wheeling excursion.

So far - this hubcap is the worst casualty:

Haven’t gotten fully underneath yet to see what I smashed. I know I took a couple of good diff/axle hits. I drove it 100mi home after wheeling and it did fine so I don’t expect anything catastrophic.

Took my brothers ‘76 out into the Bradshaw Mtns for some fresh air! Also brought Mom.

Drove around the mountains all day yesterday looking for fishy places.

Went for a quick hike but accessing the trail required a little 4WD.

The Palo Verde trees are still in full Bloome.

After this last climb I parked the old girl as I was solo and really needed a spotter.

On foot from here and the climb got a little steep. looking to the West you can see the trail I came in on.

Found an old wind mill still pumping enough fresh water for a refill. Reached the ridge in the back round to view Happy Valley East of the Rincon mountains.

According to the app, I climbed 54 stories once on foot.

I picked up my engine from the rebuilder, and installed the bell housing, flywheel, and new clutch. Apparently I threw away the little clips that hold the throw out bearing to the fork. Just my luck. I’m guessing the chances of finding those locally are slim to none.

What are the little disc looking things on the freeze plugs on the back of the block?
