I have always wanted a shortbus but it was also the shipping that prohibited that. The main reason for going with this bar is that the old one was not winch compatible and not too many options for a good looking bar here. Old one is on the market for 200 if that would help.

I definitely like the price. But... how much would shipping be to the States, and would you be willing to do that?

Doing a little wheel rehab…

Mind sharing your process? Looks great
Absolutely! Honestly nothing exotic or fancy, just lots of elbow grease and cleaning up / prep.

Then wheel paint that I found on here:

Then no joke I painted them every 7 days for a month 🤣🤣. I was not it a hurry.

I painted per the instructions. Lots of light coats and cure then repaint!

The color match to new oem caps is spot on!

Pretty happy with this! 🚀

Nothing revolutionary here but some goodies like RCVs, 105 non-ABS knuckles, 105 spindles, DBA rotors/pads, fresh calipers, Eaton locker and 4.56 gears. 💥

Don't be a tease! Show us the rest of that arrowhead!
I'll tell you what I tell the others..... just the tip.

Haha, really though it was just a broken point. I left it where it was.

So I’m in process of changing my timing belt, however the new timing chain kit that I ordered has different guides. The car is a 1994 fzj80. My question is will this fit and why is it different, maybe Mr T upgraded the design over the years?🤔 by the way, left guides are old ones and to the right are the new ones.

Pleas can anyone help me,I used to run a 1992 4.2 diesel land cruiser auto, fantastic truck couldn't fault it,until it was wrote off by an even bigger truck, iv now bought a 1942 international harvester 3ton military truck & it has a 80's series 4.2 turbo deisel land cruiser engine & box in it, with 5 speed manual & transfer box from about a 1992 ish truck, all gears & transfer box gears are standard, the rest of the truck is standard diffs & axles, witch we could never get new diffs for (because of its age & rarity) !! My dilemma is the truck cruises at about 40mph at sensible revs, I need it to cruise at 50mph at the same revs, the truck pulls away easily in 2 second gear, if it's got a very slight down hill it pulls away nicely in third !! So we have plenty of power & holds the hills without dropping gears early !! The height of the wheels is 39 inchs tall, where as the standard land cruiser wheels stand about 30 inches tall. Im thinking can I buy a kit for the transfer box to give me more speed with the same revs !! Please please help im ripping my head to bits here !!

You can get overdrive gears for the transfer case. Probably your easiest route if regearing the diffs is a challenge.

It’s a felony to pick up an arrow head?
If it's on public land instead of private property it is illegal to take anything older than 50 years I believe. Here in Southern utah they definitely enforce this law.

Nothing like that enforced in Tennessee. (That I've ever been aware of) Where they do enforce it in TN, is on Federal Property (such as the shores of federally controlled waterways), and State Parks.

Got this on Amazon for $150, includes external mic and backup cam. I haven’t upgraded the speakers yet but it sounds so much better. Install was easy just don’t forget to unplug the factory amp behind the glove box, if you plug into the two grey connectors. I’ll miss the tape deck…

Looks good and a nice price. I am guessing this doesn't have wireless Carplay or Android Auto right? I recently was testing a Carpuride W103 Pro. It was actually really nice but I had some issues with it so am returning it. The worst thing about Android Auto and CarPlay is that you can't long press a location on a map and then drop a pin. The hardware/software doesn't support it. So if you are looking for a location to go to you have to enter it in manually.
